Please note that UBC does not offer financial advice or trading practices as part of its services.
1. Payment and Enrollment Full payment is required at the time of enrollment for any UBC course or service unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing. For offerings that include a trial period, this will be provided only upon explicit request. Prospective students are encouraged to utilize this trial period, if available, to ensure that the services meet their expectations and requirements.
2. Activation of Resources Following successful payment and clearance, access to the purchased educational resources will be activated. Once access has been granted, UBC does not process any refunds, either partial or full.
3. Refund Requests Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases and must be requested within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. Any requests made after this period will not be entertained. The decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of UBC, subject to review by our support team.
4. Violations and Restricted Activities If UBC initiates disciplinary action against you due to involvement in any activities that are prohibited under our Terms & Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund. Engaging in such activities results in an immediate forfeiture of any rights to a refund.
